Comment: Good afternoon, I'm gathering information on how different municipalities bill Mobile Home Parks. Many Parks have a single water meter and a very fluid population. At times 60% of the lots may be occupied and at other times nearly 100% of the lots may be occupied. If you provide automated service with roll-out containers does your city bill according to the total number of lots, only those occupied, and how do you determine the numbers accuracy each month. You input will be most helpful. Thank you all in advance.

we have several large trailer parks, those that have only one water meter, on an annual basis (October), we discuss with manager the occupancy rate for the past year, this establishes the number of accounts to be billed monthly, keeps everyone honest, thanks.
