Schedule

The Road-E-O is scheduled to take place on June 9th and 10th, 2017 in Midland, Texas.

The Truck Competition will take place at the Scharbauer Sports Complex, 5514 Champions Dr, Midland, TX 79706

The Landfill Competition will take place at the Midland Landfill, 7901 E Garden City Highway, Midland, TX 79706

Competitors

Registration is now open online (top of the page) and using the paper forms, available for download at the bottom of this page. If you are bringin a guest, make sure you register as a competitor, and add guest tickets to your online order. Guests 18 and under are $25 and adult guests are $75.

Judges

Judges may register online or via the paper form. The judge's fee is $75.

Rooms have been secured at these hotels for the 2017 Road-e-o. There may be other events in Midland this weekend, so book your room early to ensure pricing and availability. Participants, guests and judges are responsiblt for booking their own lodging. Book by May 12 to secure your guaranteed rate.

The TxSWANA Road-E-O attracts more than 100 contestants and their families from around the state. This year’s Road-E-O will be held in Midland, Texas, June 9-10, 2017. PLATINUM SPONSORSHIP - $5,000 and up You will get your organization’s name and logo on the event T-shirt, two tickets to the awards banquet, special recognition at the awards banquet during the presentation and name in the program, display and/or equipment space at the Road-E-O event, name and logo in the registration brochure, name and logo on the TxSWANA website, company literature in participant information bag, and name and logo on the sponsorship poster at the Road-E-O.
GOLD SPONSORSHIP - $2,500 You will get your organization’s name and logo on the event T-shirt, displayspace at event, name and logo in the registration brochure, name and logo on the TxSWANA website, company literature in the participant information bag, and name and logo on the sponsorship poster at Road-E-O.
